Beginner Class New to Bungee? Start here. Our Beginner class is a mandatory prerequisite designed to teach you vital safety essentials and foundational footwork. Progression: You may advance to Level 1 or Bootcamp after completion of the Beginner Class. You are welcome to attend Beginner sessions as many times as you need to feel confident. Pre-Class Requirements: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. This allows time for required paperwork and a private weigh-in to ensure you are fitted with the appropriate equipment for your body type.

Level 1 Level 1 transitions from the basics to more complex bungee maneuvers. This class introduces advanced transitions and increased aerial movements while continuing to refine your form and technique. Prerequisite: Completion of the Beginner foundations and instructor approval. Focus: Intermediate skill building and sequence memory. Preparation: Continue to bring water and a towel, as the intensity increases alongside the complexity.

Bootcamp Elevate your training with Bungee Bootcamp, a high-endurance session designed to build upon the foundational skills mastered in our Beginner class. This fast-paced, continuous cardio workout is engineered to challenge your limits and maximize caloric burn. Requirements & Expectations: Prerequisite: Completion of the Beginner class and formal instructor approval are required. Focus: This is a specialized conditioning class focused on cardiovascular health and stamina; please note it does not serve as a technical bridge to higher skill levels. Preparation: This is a high-intensity workout. Please bring water and a towel, and prepare for a rigorous session. Prerequisite: Completion of the Beginner foundations and instructor approval. Focus: Intermediate skill building and sequence memory. Preparation: Continue to bring water and a towel, as the intensity increases alongside the complexity.

Level 2 Level 2 is our highest technical tier, designed for experienced clients who have mastered the fundamentals and intermediate sequences. This session focuses on high-impact movements, intricate choreography, and elite-level flight skills. Prerequisite: Demonstrated proficiency in Level 1 and formal instructor clearance. Focus: Advanced technical skill, agility, and power. Note: Clients must be fully comfortable with all Level 1 maneuvers before enrolling

Ascending 55+ Experience the freedom of weightless movement with Ascending Seniors, a session specifically engineered for adults aged 55 and better. By utilizing the bungee’s resistance to offload weight from the joints, this class provides a safe, high-fun environment to enhance balance, mobility, and functional strength.
