I discovered bungee fitness the same way many people do: scrolling through TikTok and instantly thinking, “I have to try that!” What started as curiosity quickly became a passion. Drawn to the fun, freeing, and low-impact style of movement, I fell in love with bungee as an exciting alternative to traditional workouts.

As a dedicated working mother of three, I know how important it is to find fitness that feels energizing, supportive, and sustainable. Bungee brought that balance into my life, and now I am thrilled to share the experience with others. I am excited to guide clients on their own journey and can’t wait for them to fall in love with bungee fitness the same way I have.

Is bungee fitness beginner friendly?
Absolutely! Instructors guide you through harness setup, safety steps, and beginner level movements so you can build confidence at your own pace.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. For safety purposes and proper equipment function, the weight limit is 250lbs. All participants are privately weighed before class to ensure accurate setup.
What should I wear to class?
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic wear consisting of tight leggings or shorts that cover the hips, a snug shirt or sports bra and good tennis shoes.
Will the harness be uncomfortable?
A bit of pressure on the hips or waist is normal, especially during your first experience. Wearing shorts over your leggings can help.
Do I need a certain level of strength?
No. The bungees assist your movements, making it accessible for most fitness levels. Strength and stamina will naturally improve over time.
Can I participate if I have previous injuries?
If you have joint issues, spinal concerns, or recent surgeries, please consult your doctor first. Once cleared, inform your instructor so movements can be modified.
How long is a class?
Most sessions last 45-60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
How many calories will I burn?
Most participants burn between 350-700 calories per class depending on effort and intensity.
What is your cancellation policy?
We follow a non-refundable cancellation policy within 24 hours of your scheduled class. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
How do I book a class?
You can register and book directly through our website or through our app (powered by Glofox). Create an account, select your class time and reseve your spot.
Can kids join bungee classes?
Classes are generally suitable for ages 14+, but age requirements may vary. Please check individual class descriptions for specifics.
Do I need dance or fitness experience?
No experience is required! Bungee Fitness is designed for all backgrounds and skil levels.
What happens if I am late?
Doors lock at the start of class, once the instructor starts the warm-up, we cannot stop for late arrivals.
What should I do before arriving to class?
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early (ensure that you have completed a waiver and health questionnaire online). It is recommended to use the bathroom prior to the start of class.
Can I bring someone to watch the class?
For the privacy and comfort of our clients, no spectators are allowed during the class time.
What equipment do I need to bring?
All equipment is provided for the workout. A water bottle and towel are suggested if desired.
What results can I expect?
Regular participation may improve: core strength, balance, coordination, muscle tone, cardio endurance, confidence and mood.
